Website This shop is a bit of a mixed blessing. Yes, it caters to Junior's first cut. They even give you a lock of your little one's hair and "First Cut" certificate. The hair stylist are well schooled in cranky, uptight toddlers and Elmo is playing 24/7. All of that is great! Now I will warn you, the chaos can be palpable. My daughter took three steps into Cartoon Cuts and went running. It really depends on the child and the stylist. My best advice is to go during off hours to take advantage of the positives and try to avoid the frantic kiddie crowds. |

Always a good spot for a child's first hair cut, but beware the staff moves quickly and doesn't always do the best job.
