Make a Difference this Holiday Season with Angelwish!

Have you missed the deadline for your local holiday toy drive? Don’t worry, there is still time to help local children in need! Angelwish, a 501(c)(3) certified non-profit organization dedicated to providing chronically ill children with birthday and holiday gifts, is currently managing holiday toy drives for over 110 care centers nationwide, including two in the DC area: Children's National Medical Center and The Women's Collective. Since they work through the Internet, donors have more time to give after traditional toy drives stop accepting gifts.

You and your child can view the online Wishlists for individual care centers and choose a gift to send directly to a child in need. Angelwish works closely with social workers from each care center to make sure the gifts listed fit the individual needs of their patients. Because the lists include pictures of the toys, children really enjoyed picking out something special to give. It is a fun, hassle-free way for busy parents to engage children in the spirit of giving back this holiday season!

Best of all, 100% of your donation is tax deductible and will go directly toward purchasing your chosen gift - corporate contributions cover all administrative costs so you get more for your money.

Without the generosity of Angelwish donors, many of the children in these care centers would not receive any presents this holiday season.
